Find and Manage Shipments Faster With the Redesigned Shipments Overview Page
When you’re managing shipments across different statuses, dates, carriers, and team members, finding the right shipment quickly matters. You need to see what requires attention, locate specific freight, and share information with your team without recreating the same view each time.
We’ve redesigned the all-shipments page in the Track tab to make that process faster. We’ve also introduced a redesigned sidebar that keeps recent quotes and key account tools within easier reach.
A faster way to find and manage shipments
The all-shipments page in the Track tab has a new look. Instead of separate card lanes, all your shipments now appear in one streamlined table.
- Find shipments faster: Use enhanced search, sorting, and filtering to narrow the page to the shipments that matter.
- See what needs attention: Shipments requiring action are always displayed at the top.
- Keep the same view: Refresh or share the page without losing your selected filters and sorting.
- Open shipment details: Select any row to view that shipment’s individual tracking page, activity, and latest updates.
You can filter by shipment status, canceled shipments, or team member. Sorting options include booked date, last update, pickup, delivery, handling units, transit time, and provider.
A redesigned sidebar for faster navigation
The new sidebar and updated navigation make it easier to access recent quotes and the tools you use most.
- Access recent quotes: Recent quotes have moved from the top-right corner to the sidebar, where you can quickly find, share, and ship from them.
- Navigate more easily: Clearer menu labels, shortcuts, and reorganized top-bar buttons put key actions within easier reach.
- Manage your account: Select your name in the bottom-left corner to access Settings, Add a user (formerly People), rate card and fuel surcharge information, Coverage, and Mothership resources.
- Update invoice settings: Send invoices by email has moved to Billing.

Why these updates matter
The redesigned dashboard reduces the time spent navigating between shipments, quotes, and account tools.
It gives you a clearer view of your freight, keeps shipments requiring action visible, and makes it easier for teammates to review the same information. Recent quotes and frequently used account tools are also closer to the workflows where you need them.
